  • All faxes or scanned orders will be automatically transcribed and filled into the required fields, reducing administrative time to near-zero.

  • Automatically verify that the order you receive is from a valid provider.

  • Katina will confirm the patient’s health insurance coverage, and if it isn’t verified, we’ll let you know.

  • If needed for the patient’s insurance, the order will automatically be submitted for a prior authorization.

  • If there’s a snag or any missing information, Katina will automatically reach out to the patient to get that information. If the patient doesn’t respond, Katina will let you know.
